I LOVE being at a salon where you are a priority. While I an at Cosmetique I get excellent service, color, shampoos, and customer care from Melissa and her knowledgeable staff! Keep up the great work girls!!

I had to wait a little while for the owner Melissa, but once she got to me I was really impressed with her abilities! My hair was done perfectly, The salon was clean, and it was a fun experience! I look forward to going back! I can't say enough about how impressed and taken I am with Melissa. She is the best thing in beauty.

I had an appointment with Melissa, the owner. I had to wait 45 minutes after my appt time before she got to me. I was quoted a price over the phone but my total was much more when the service was through. She added on services and didn't ask my permission. She stayed on the phone, discussing personal problems with her children while cutting my hair. Her and the stylist next to her gossiped about clients, talking about personal things about the clients that I'm sure they didn't want discussed. One side of my hair was longer than the other side and I had to go to another salon to have it fixed. As much money as I spent at this place, I expected a more professional manner. The shampooing area was very filthy.
