The foundations of my mother's unfortunate experience with this firm include incompetence, un-professionalism, lack of communication and a non existent desire to fight for their client.

Paperwork errors resulting in multiple re-work/re-write/re-sign/re-submissions, led to meaningless extensions, wait times and case delays. Office staff and legal team seemed disconnected and lacked a consistency in messages, needs, schedules and priorities.

A case, which had a clear security camera video exposing the entire incident, was drawn out for 2 years. Ultimately ending with a pressured low ball settlement, that this firm deemed the best that can be done. It is apparant in both case history and the local legal community, that settlements are seemingly the norm when up against this firm. As there is an underlying lack of desire to fight in court.

The results: 48% of the settlement went to my still injured mother. While 52% went to the law firm and under qualified medical representatives required to be used by this firm.

Tread cautiously.

Everybody needs an ally. In today’s world when it comes to facing difficult decisions you will need a good ally. This is what I have discovered with Viles & Beckman, LLC. Their staff is highly professional. They have helped me and my family by their wise counsel resulting in a plausible resolve for us.

Absolutely incredible representation for my motorcycle crash!! Let me tell you from experience, the crash hurt me physically but the insurance company did the damage. Litigation is a psychologically traumatizing process that digs into your private life and exploits your fears and weaknesses. Michael Beckman was my legal representation and took care of everything and his entire staff made me feel at ease. Unfortunately Viles and Beckman was not my first attorney. I had TWO previous lawyers drop the ball and leave me with NO choice but to find aggressive and assertive representation. That was delivered when I talked to Mr. Beckman and not once did I feel as though anything was lacking. From this moment forward I will always recommend Viles and Beckman without hesitation. You must meet the staff and the attorneys before you go anywhere else!! Words cannot express my gratitude for their exceptional performance during trial.

If you want someone to answer your questions, return your phone calls, or give up dates on your case AFTER you sign & they are guaranteed their fees, then go somewhere else. Truly my most unprofessional experience with an attorney ever. I wish I had went anywhere else :(

Marcus is honest and friendly, which many lawyers are not. Sometimes it takes the filing of lawsuts to move the case along, even if you plan to settle. The cost of filing is nuts - have you checked the price? No, I like Marcus and am currently a client. I don't know him socially or nor am I a vendor.

Going here is the worst mistake you could possibly make in your whole life. If You want them to represent you and trump up charges and end up with all the money, Hire them. They went as low as filling the law suite even though they knew we would have to settle just so they could get 40% instead of 33 1/3%. The only two these guys represent is themselves. I'm so disgusted by the way they do business.
