I love my finds from Pink Petunia. I'm a regular shopper and seller and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The owner is amazing and the clothes, jewelry, handbags and shoes are quality and like new.

I love consignment shopping and I love this store. The selection is abundant and there is something for every age, style and even a small men's rack! I love how the clothing is displayed and everything is organized and easy to find. When consigning, I appreciate that the staff inspects everything to ensure quality and that garments are worthy of resale (after all, who really wants to see stained or torn clothing on the racks while shopping?) Ladies bring your husbands in and they can sit in one of the comfortable chairs and read sports magazines while you shop. Tara (store owner) and her staff do an amazing job keeping the inventory fresh and maintaining a fun environment for shopping!

This place use to be a gem in the making and after going there after a while I was shocked. Looks nice but service is bad and prices are a bit high for being used. They try to get you in by running different promotions but I feel it's so not worth it!

I was highly disappointed with this store. Was expecting a better atmosphere than what I got. Owner seemed nice but as I looked around she wasn't very pleasant and her helpers weren't all that great! Prices were a bit much id say for consignment shop. A bit of a let down

I am new to this shop. Didn't know what to expect. I felt like I walked into a darling clothes shop just for me !!! Great clothes,purses,belts & jewelry to outfit them! What a pleasant surprise. There were two people to help me and both were terrific. They offered their help and let me enjoy the atmosphere & what it had to offer. I found too many things that fit and left with quite a few. Even went back later for more. I found a JEWEL in Ft. Myers that I didn't know was even there. The owner Tara, as whose name I came to know, is so helpful, caring and kind. She loves her clients and her staff. And it shows! I can't wait to go back. There were so many people in there at one point all the dressing rooms were full and everyone was happy!! That's the kind of place it is ....happy....fun... and great deals. Plus you may bring in your items you are ready to sell to someone else ! This one is a keeper !!

I love going in here, I always find the best clothes and shoes and prices are great! I never walk out spending less that $100. Tara is amazing and nice and is always quick to help you find what you want and to show you other options! She's so vibrant and I feel that reflects in her store as well! You haven't been, you need to go!!

It is a very cute shop, prices are reasonable and in great condition, the owner and staff are very friendly. You should check it out if you haven't yet!!

I love this store ! It's adorable! The staff and owner are so friendly, and welcoming. They even offer a free gift just for stopping by. What other consignment store does that ? Cute, friendly, great clothes ! This store is a rare find.

Love the owner. At the Pink Petunia you are made to feel welcome whilst shopping for new outfits and selling your old ones. Such a good time it's like renting outfits.

Check out this cute consignment store! When you buy it's clean and is a great product! Great customer service! Welcomed at the door and sale a promotion's explained! Make sure you allow time to look around!

This is a great store!! The owner is very helpful towards her customers! It's always a party at the pink! And the best thing about the pink petunia is all of the customers that come in are treated like family! So I encourage the community to go on check it out, bring some clothes! But make sure they're clothes you can get money for, don't bring them in with any stains and if they have stains wash them before and try to get them out, no holes in clothes either. She's accepting winter things right now as well summer things you can start to bring in about April!! so excited to see what the pink has going on next!

I pulled up to the shop and thought it was very cute. When I entered, an employee was behind the register, checking out a couple of ladies. No greeting-no acknowledgement I was there. But she was busy. So I went on thru to the clothing and browsed for at least 15 min. Another employee was going back and forth from where I was, then up to the front. Not one word of greeting or can I help you. I walked back into the entry to look at some jewelry and purses. The lady behind the register was talking to another couple of ladies about eating places, and comparing stories. The other employee ignored me completely. I figure they do not need my business if they cannot even acknowledge my presence. As I walked out the door, I was thinking they may say thank you for stopping, but again, not a word. Whatever has happened to good customer service? I worked retail and was always told to greet the customer, ask if they needed help, then thank them for stopping as they left. These two ladies could use some manners. And they were at least 45+, not some young chicks. No excuse for boorish behavior. I will be telling all my friends in the area and those who are down visiting me to not shop there.

I was so excited about my visit - I didn't click on the stars!!! 5 STARS EVERYONE - 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to say - I HATE shopping and I was shocked have such a wonderful experience at a consignment boutique. The new owner of the Pink Petunia was so personable and helpful. I didn't have to fish through a bunch of clothing on the racks - I actually ENJOYED the atmosphere. She really has a special eye for fashion and I found the perfect trendy party outfit at a great price! Thanks so much for making me believe in shopping again - I will be back!
