Stay away from Home Team Inspection Service!! My wife and I recently purchased a 3 - 2 and 3 days after closing noticed we had a roof leak... I inspected the roof, and had a roofer inspect the roof and we both concluded that the roof was too flat for asphalt shingles (which by the way wasn't to code). It was extremely obvious to see the roof was too flat, by the way. How this can be missed is beyond me, well maybe it's because the actual inspection only took them about 30 minutes to complete, so to say they weren't thorough would be an understatement. I then contacted Home Team and talked to their "roofing expert" Bill. Bill was extremely rude, and even hung up on me. He never once acted like that was something they should've caught, but instead blamed the city for not catching it 5 years ago. I hire home inspectors to catch these type of issues and warn me, not blame some other party for something that happened long before I moved in... I'm not sure how they can call themselves professionals. Very disappointed with Home Team. Save yourself the trouble, and don't hire these hacks!

The inspection was conducted efficiently. It was thorough. We were provided clear explanations and a detailed written report.

This is a wonderful company, which provides prompt and thorough service. The inspections are thorough and reports are written within a few days of the inspection. Pam & Bill are true professionals and have the consumer's interest as their priority. I highly recommend them.
