I can not say enough amazing things about this shop. I was on vacation driving thru Akron and my car broke down. I called Terry Wynter and spoke with Alan. He asked me to describe what was going on with my car and overnighted the parts to a local shop so that I could enjoy the rest of my trip. If you are looking for a place that you can trust, this is it!

They did a great job and offered me a 12,000/12 month warranty, with the best OES equipment from Ford.

I was so blessed to find Terry and all of the wonderful mechanics that work with him! They gave me the peace of mind that I was unable to get from the used Toyota dealership that I purchased my 2007 4Runner from. They truly care about their customers! I know I will continue to take my vehicle to them anytime it needs work!

First of all I'd like to say I am not one to write reviews; but my experience with Terry and his team was so exceptional that I feel others should also know, so that they can avoid the headaches of dealing with negligent and incompetent auto dealerships. You would think you could trust the dealership of the car you bought - would be able to diagnose and fix your car... I was ill conceived. My 2010 Ford Explorer was making strange thumping noises when I drove. The local Ford dealership told me it was safe to drive my truck and that all I needed to do was change the tires and to get an alignment. I did as they recommended and was still hearing the noise. When I tried to call them about the issue, they neglected to reply. I had made several phone calls and left several messages with not a single reply. I stumbled on Terry Wynters and he was able to fix weeks of car problems in a matter of hours. Thanks to his team for their hard work, honesty, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

This is going to seem like a strange point of view to praise Terry and his fine crew. I have never paid a dime to Terry, but my customers have. When they want to buy a medium duty truck, very savvy businessmen have Terry look at it first, and his opinion strongly affects their purchase decision. It doesn't always make me happy to have him find something, but that means it can be corrected before the truck goes home, and THAT is why I recommend him highly. His staff is thoroughly professional, and take the time to do things right. When I need repair work done, I'll take it to Terry. You should, too.

Great friendly staff. Prices are reasonable, with that said car repairs are normally expensive. The owner stands behind the work. I had front end work on my Honda and haven't had any problems since, in and out the same day. Great shop!!

After having my 96 Nissan Altima in for repairs over 11 times at two other shops in town and paying over $2,000 dollars in bad repairs, I decided I had enough. I heard of Terry Wynter’s Auto Service Center and of their excellent service to their customers, so I decided to give them a try. At first I was very skeptical considering all I've been through with my car but Terry Wynter’s found the problem immediately and the car was fixed on the first try. Terry Wynter restored my faith in mechanics and I trust him completely with my car. The staff is very friendly and professional and the shop is exceptionally clean and appealing. They offer transportation to and from your work or home, within reasonable distance of course, while your car is in for repairs-- at no additional charge to their customers!
