We recently had Sunrise Remodeling update our Master Bath. We were having the work done while we were up north for the Holidays. My son who lives in the same building was going to oversee the process. He said that it was a pleasure to work with the contractors. They were always on time, worked neatly and always cleaned up at the end of the day. My son is the president of our condo association and has delt with many contractors. Sunrise Remodeling was by far the best company to work with. We would not hesitate to use them in future remodeling projects. We were excited to see the finished results and couldn't be happier.

We’re a professional couple who recently moved to Fort Myers and purchased a home in Whiskey Creek. We loved the location, 30-40 year old homes with character, and mature landscaping. The home needed a new kitchen, bathrooms, and generally some updating to bring it back to its previous glory days. After an extensive search of vendors, Sunrise Remodeling, was offered our contract and then they achieved what we wanted, and much more.You walk into our home today and it is like you’re entering a model home of twice its value. The work is beautiful, was done on time, the attention to detail is remarkable, and the price we paid Sunrise Remodeling is less than other vendor pricing. Under Brian’s leadership (the owner) we saw company management that worked. it worked to provide a fair price for an excellent product, not often seen today. We rate Sunrise Remodeling the highest rating possible and feel so fortunate to have found them.

Sunrise Remodeling took both of our dark, dated, plain old ugly bathrooms and turned them the highlight of our home. We went with tile and frameless glass and we're thrilled with the results. Brian and his team were very professional and cleaned up each and every night during the jobs so that we could live as close to normally as possible while they remodeled each bathroom. The guys were polite and responsive throughout the process.Highly recommended.

We have used Sunrise Remodeling twice. We just finished our second bathroom and could not be happier with their work. They come when they say they are coming and do good clean work. The employees are courteous seem to be happy doing their job.

Our initial meeting with Shane was our deciding factor to choose Sunrise Remodeling based on his knowledge, honesty, professionalism, and ability to address all our questions and concerns. Shane guided us how to approach our shower enclosure remodeling project that met our needs. Once our plans were finalized, it was time to meet with Brian Dunn, the owner. Brian’s expertise and suggestions helped us make the right tile and grout selections for this remodel. Kyle and Tyler did an AWESOME job of making the remodeling job a pleasurable experience by keeping us informed of progress, next steps, addressing questions, and involving us in the design process. They take pride in their work and Kyle put a great deal of thought and creativity into creating a unique “masterpiece” for our shower installing Scabos Travertine tile. They live up to their reputation of going above and beyond to “make the customer happy”. Words cannot express how impressed and happy we are. The final product and customer experience totally Exceeded our Expectations. If you are looking for an honest company that treats you with respect, lives up to their reputation, does quality work, and exceeds your expectations, no matter how small or large the project, Sunrise Remodeling is the right choice. From the beginning of our remodel project, we have received the highest quality workmanship and professionalism that we have ever experienced. From the top down this company is run with integrity and transparency. There were never any surprises. Brian Dunn, the owner, is enthusiastic about every area of his business. That is passed down throughout the company. Project manager, Shane Lack, is on top of everything and keeps things running smoothly. Nick Vitale, designer extraordinaire, is great to work with. There aren't enough words to thank each and every one of the employees that have been a part of our project. They take extreme pride in their trades. Thank you, Sunrise Remodeling. We love our home.

We had our guest bath completely renovated late last fall by Sunrise Remodeling. It looks absolutely amazing, functions perfectly, was reasonably priced, and we are thrilled with the improvement. In addition to creating a grand new bathroom, the speed and efficiency of Brian and his crew were amazing. They arrived on the appointed day, on time, and cleaned up daily when they left. I have never seen such an organized construction company. Brian said it would take three days for the renovation, and it did! And this was no small job--our tub was removed and replaced with a wonderful walk-in shower stall with a bench, the toilet was replaced, all the existing tile removed and replaced, the cabinets removed and replaced, and the ceramic tile floor replaced with stone. The only things not completed in three days were the glass shower door and granite counter. Both had to be measured and special ordered after the tilework and cabinets were installed to make sure they would fit properly. Brian co-ordinated the arrival of the plumber at just the right moments, and even met at the tile store with us to assist in selecting the correct tile. Brian's employees picked up the tile for us at the tile store, and returned the leftovers back to the store for a credit for us. We are in total awe--not only of the beauty and quality of the job, but at how easy the process was. I was expecting to have the renovation take weeks--not three days. When I called later to have a couple of minor adjustments made, Brian sent someone within a day to make the changes. I recommend Brian and Sunrise Remodeling to anyone considering a home remodel, and look forward to having him complete the renovation of my master bath in the near future!

Very happy with all of the work. Had a few hiccups, however, very happy with the finished bathroom. Workers were professional in every way. Arrived when they said they would and cleaned up before they left each day. I would highly recommend Brian and his team.

3 years after a bathroom remodeling a leak from the shower stall was discovered. When advised, Brian immediately said he would take care of everything. Sunrise replaced a large portion of the shower with speed and expertise. This was done at no small expense to Sunrise.It's rare to find integrity of sort in the construction trades .

We found Sunrise on Angies list. We knew we would find a reliable company there and indeed we did!! We wanted our kitchen cabinets refaced and granite counters installed. When the salesman came to the house he listened to what we wanted and offered us valuable information. From that point on, we worked with Brian Dunn, the owner. He and his crew came in and worked quickly, efficiently, and courteously. Brian met me at the tile store to order the back splash and stayed with me until I found what I wanted offering much needed advice. Brian work is so meticulous like every kitchen is his own. We will recommend Sunrise Remodeling to everyone we know. It is the best workmanship you will ever find! Thank you Brian

Laura and I found these folks on DexKnows! We have had many remodels over the years but these folks are the best I have ever known. Brian gave us an estimate, met us at the tile store, made suggestions after learning our likes and dislikes. We expected the typical Cape Coral trades people- late, no shows,messy, etc. We were dead wrong!!!!! Brian, Kyle, Shawn and Bill were always on time , always pleasant, and worked their rears off to make sure everything went well. during what we all know can be trying times. Even our pug loved them!!! We highly recommend this team of professionals and encourage anyone needing a remodel to call them.

We just had our kitchen completely remodeled by Sunrise Remodlers. Brian Holt and his crew did a wonderful job. Brian, Shane, Ryan and Shwn were always on time and very courteous. We were impressed at how well tey worked together and cleaned up each day when they left. They went above and beyond our expectations. The result a beautiful kitchen that we are very proud of. My wife and I are very cautious and therefore thorough before we hire a company to do any work for us. We had several estimates for the refacing of our master bathroom vanities, but knew that Brian and Sunrise Remodeling would be our choice the moment he came into our home and professionally went through our needs. His suggestions regarding color and finish were right on and he was extremely helpful giving us the names of other professionals to complete our job. The end result was magnificent.While putting on our news doors, his crew noticed a blemish on one of them. They informed us about it and said Brian would be ordering a new door and would replace it as soon as it arrived and they did. Kyle and Shawn were a pleasure to work with. There was no mess or any cleaning for us to do after they left. They even put down carpet runners from our front door to the work area.What a pleasure it is to work with professionals like Brian and his talented crew. The job was to replace approximately 34 failed Thermofoil kitchen doors and drawer fronts. It also included modifying the cabinets to accept a new Combination Oven/Microwave unit and a range Vent Hood which naturally were different from the original units they were replacing. Some addition decorative panels and crown molding were also added. Bryan also suggested using HB Marble & Granite for countertop and that also turned out very well.Bryan estimated the job in late June but the decision to order new wood cabinet doors and drawer fronts was not made until after the July 4 Holiday. Cabinet doors were ordered with an expectation of 4-6 week delivery but that Bryan would not be available until August. I was not in a hurry so Bryan's actual schedule of performing the work in late August was OK with me. I had communicated my expectations to Bryan that a slight delay would not be an issue.Bryan's called and we scheduled the week of August 27, 2012. His team showed up in mass on August 28 and talk about organized and professional. They basically moved a complete wood shop into my garage. They had all of doors and fronts marked and coded with sketches of the kitchen that Bryan had made earlier when he measured and ordered the doors. They also had the extra pieces that they would need to modify the cabinet for the new Oven/Microwave and mounting blocks for the crown molding. Just as I was worrying about the disconnection - connection of the 220volt Oven/microwave, the electrician walked in. Bryan had thought of everything.Bryan's installer, Ryan and another Bryan with an assist from Kyle, performed the actual work and were very professional and competent. They used carpet runners to protect the floor, blankets to protect the Granite and cleaned up after themselves. They were so good and competent they were able to complete the job in less than two days.Bottom line is that the kitchen looks great thanks to Bryan and his team. Bryan is an idea guy and helped us to visualize how the finished kitchen would look. He made several suggestions along the way which really added to the beauty of kitchen. The finished kitchen more than lives up to the expectation than Bryan set.

We just had a beautiful shower installed by Brian and his crew. Brian came to our house and gave us some suggestions and an estimate. We took his suggestions and then some and gutted our bathroom down to the bare walls. Brian was excited and helped us all along the way. He called and told us what time to expect him and he was there everyday on time. His crew, Brian, Ryan and Kyle were also very courteous and polite. I also will say that I was very impressed at how clean they were. Most construction looks like a disaster zone, but not them. They were very organized, quiet and neat. They finished exactly when they stated they would. I am so excited to finally have a master bathroom that I love, thanks to Brian and all his hard work. I would highly recommend sunrise remodeling for all jobs big or small.
