I have to say I absolutely love this septic tank service. I had an issue with my septic the night before and called another septic company. They told me that they would be at my house at 8:30 in the morning. This did not happen. I called Snyder Septic and Caroline found a way to work me in the same day even though they had a very full schedule (literally). When the gentleman came he was very professional and answered all of my questions that I had. The process took about 20 minutes and he was very efficient. His boss Bruce came by as well to make sure that he was doing a great job. Great customer service from the time they answered the phone to completing the job. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody.

I was concerned about my problem with my septic system so close to having sewers installed, they promissed to come out and work with me, they exceded my expectation, Bruce was very knowligable and got my system working at a very fair price,I would highly recommend to family or friends.

I have had so many bad experiences with septic companies but when I spoke with Caroline I knew I called the right place. The price was better than most and the gentleman who came to my house went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. When the city has completed the sewer project I will no doubt call Snyder Septic.

Called them out because their price seemed to be competitive to others by approx $50. 2 days after I noticed that the water was gushing from the sprinkler line, Not the sprinkler head) where the guy was digging. Called them to express my concern to which an incredibly rude and condescending female on the phone informed me that its not their problem and told me that I must have damaged the line myself.... Infuriated by the absurd response and lack of general respect and lack of customer service to the problem that they have no doubt created I had spent $50 extra to fix the line. Lesson here is....spend the $300 everyone else is charging and save yourself the headache and aggravation dealing with malcontents on the phone trying to fix the problems they create. If it sounds too good, well that s just because it is. I have used Busy Bee since and I am absolutely ecstatic about the service. I would not wish this company to an enemy.
