I recently went with Scotts Lawn Service of Fort Myers to treat my lawn. I received a phone call from a rep who told me they would be at my home next week to apply bug killer and rodent control. she made it sound like it was part of my normal service. I asked if the fee was my normal fee she said no. I told her I did not want the service she was disrespectful and hung up on me. This is typical of the phone calls I get from The Fort Myers office. The Fort My lawn has weeds that are as green as the lawn and I called the office and spoke to the receptionist who told me to wait until my next application. The female caller goes beyond rude and the woman who answers the phone was unwilling to correct the problem. I find it hard to believe the manager is unaware of this behavior to its customers. It is time for the manager to get involved and correct these rude condescending employees or replace them with new people!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never go with this company. Not only are their salesmen pushy, but the woman who answers the phone in Ft. Myers is rude and continually interrupts you while you re talking. The salesman promised that they would be able to save my lawn, that it would look great like my neighbors after a few applications ... only to find out from a real lawn proessional that my yard was overgrown with weeds, not grass, and was NOT savable. They didn t even go near the shrubs and trees while they were here, but I was billed for both services. When I called to discuss this bill, the woman was rude and of course the supervisor was unavailable . So they will split the bill with me and I didn t get anything from it but a headache and trashy service. My suggestion would be to find an expert and not the fly-by-night pushy salesmen to tell you what you need for your lawn, because mine had to be replaced with sod.
