IFW discovered that we had water intrusion in an entire wall of one of our bedrooms. They came in and ripped out the wall and the flooring, eradicated the mold and the damage, and repaired the area where that water was intruding (from some storm shutters another company had installed improperly). After the problem was fixed, they rebuilt the wall, put in new flooring and repainted the entire room to make it look just as it had before, only better. It was a pleasure to work with Jon and his entire crew from Insurance Fire and Water Restorations. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We had a pipe burst under our kitchen sink which flooded two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. IFW responded within 30 mins with a few crew. They "dried out" gave us an estimate and handled all the paperwork. This all happened right before Christmas, and lets say I was a little overwhelmed. Jon handled the paperwork, communicated with the insurance company and met with the adjuster. IFW restored my home, in a timely manner. The staff, were reliable, professional, and on time. He also had an established restoration company in PA. IFW controlled our entire job, we didn't have any headaches.
