The end of January 2020 Ryan and his crew came out and cut down a mahogany tree which was located between our villa and our next door neighbor's villa. The roots were busting up everything from the decorative concrete edging, roots entwined around the cable box, the county water areas, roots next to both our sidewalk areas. Ryan came in and cut down the tree, spent a lot of time grinding out the stump and removing as many of the surface roots as possible. About a month later I called and spoke with Ryan as I was very concerned about the roots below the surface that they were not able to remove. He assured us that there would be no way possible that the roots that were left unable to reach would be able to survive because of all the grinding that the crew did as well as what they were able to remove on the surface as well. I feel very confident that based on what he said, we will not have any future problems. He seemed genuinely honest and I would highly recommend his company.
