Attention: owner of Prestige Time Service stole 5 very valuable clocks out our house, we only could retrieve 2 of those when going to the store and calling police.

Prestige Time service does a decent job repairing clocks, but don't expect to hear from them once you turn your clock in for repair. I gave them a cuckoo clock to repair on January 28th, (with a $100.00 deposit). They have not returned any of my calls, and when I go to the store, (during advertised business hours), the store has been closed.

I took my Panerai to have it authenticated.Benny is the BEST.Honest VERY reasonable.I had no idea about the watch. He knows.I would not go anywhere else.You need a trustworthy knowledgeable person to work on these luxury fine watches.PRESTIGE TIME is where you go. Thanks a million Benny.TEN STARS rating

After having my Tag Carrera taken to three local jewelry stores, sent off to Tag, I went to Prestige for one last try. Within one week my watch was back, a fraction of the price that I had to pay at the jewelry stores...and it works perfectly. I advise anyone with a high end watch to try out Prestige. All work is done in house, nothing sent out.

I went to Prestige in spite of poor ratings on line. I needed batteries changed in two watches and a battery mechanism replaced in a brass mantel clock. The Prestige owner said he'd order a new mechanism for the brass clock and it would be $45 with parts coming from Ohio. He said it would be ready in about a week and would call me when ready. He replaced the watch batteries. I waited almost three weeks for the brass clock and started calling his shop. I got a recording for days that the phone was out of service. I emailed with no response. Finally in frustration I went to the shop and the clock was sitting on the counter. However, when I checked he had installed an old battery mechanism not the correct size and stuffed blue masking tape around the rim to keep it from falling out. I had been charged for a new mechanism. One of the watch batteries didn't work and when I took it to another store they told me it was an old dead battery. I complained to the Prestige owner and he said he was so busy he accidentally installed an old battery in the watch. He also said he was too busy to answer his phone or call me when the clock was finished. I SHOULD HAVE HEEDED THE WARNINGS ON LINE NOT TO USE PRESTIGE TIME SERVICE.! I would not recommend this repair shop.

Attention THEFT ! We thought that this is a reputable store, but be aware - the owner Ben cheated 3 valuable clocks from us today. Police has been called to the store, but there is not yet a solution, even so that one of the clocks have been hanging in the store and the police officer saw it. This guy will take advantage of you and steal your assets.

This guy is not someone I would go to again. He rarely keeps posted hours, rarely answers the phone, nor does his phone number have an answering device. He said he took our clock home "to make sure it works before you put any money into it".Now we can't get it back, an antique clock my husband's grandmother owned. I have heard he takes pieces out of valuable clocks...but i have no confirmation of this...until and if we get our clock back. Will post a review on Angie's List as well.

I had an older 18k ladies Rolex that was my mothers. She passed away and I inherrited the watch. The watch did not run and was in poor condition. I took the watch to him and he assured me that he could make it look and run like brand new. Two weeks later, I recieved a phone call saying the watch was done. When I arrived to pick up the watch, I was totally shocked at the beautiful condition the watch was in. It looked brand new!! He was half the priceon a quote I recived from Jarred's and much quicker in time estimation. The watch is running prefectly and is now worth wearing. Thank you so much for preserving the one thing my father bought my mother so many years ago! I highly reccomend Prestige Time, he is very busy, but takes the time to do things right.

I took in my Regulator calendar wall clock for repair on October 27, 2009 and picked it up December 15, 2009 being told that the hands had been reset and that it had been checked and running okay. Told that it took longer as his employee(man)had wand the clock to much and he had to replace the part. I brought the clock home and did not hand it right away. When we did, the chimes did not ring according to the hour it was. I kept rechecking it and finally called Prestige on Feb. 18, 2010 and was going to leave a message as I got an answer machine. Grant it I was quite mad and then he answered asking me different questions and claiming he didn't repair for $60.00. This made me very irrated with his calling me a liar and he hung up on me....I was very mad and probably would have hung up too. I have tried a half hour later to call and strangely enough, the line is busy. I have the claim check and then date on my charge of the $60.00 payment which I was going to leave on his answer machin
