This company and it's owner TIM.....are out for themselves in a big way. They hire people to do the work at a pay scale that changes with the weather or possibly his own financial problems. The pay checks differ from week to week and he also doesn't pay for their travel time or even the gas that the employees use in their own vehicles to get to one of his contracted jobs, which may even be to Tampa ,Sarasota or even Naples area. He also plays with the hours of these employees so that it works out for him, never pays over time and has hardly ever paid the hours put in by the employees! He gets 110% from his workers in return for him screwing with their checks on a weekly basis. He also can't even find the decency to call the employees themselves and tell them he has no work for them. He will make one of his knee polishers do it for him. PLEASE don't use this company for even a garden hose replacement......he is a crocked business man!!!!
