Mr. Alvarez was very prompt to come and inspection the property. During the inspection Mr. Alvarez explained what all needed to be done. His quotation was very through explaining the scope of work, mold protocols, mold protocol sanitation and final testing. Mr. Alvarez and his partner arrived exactly when they said they would be here. It was easy to see when they were working that they were experts in this business. Mr. Alvarez explained before he started the job would take three days and that is how long they were here and the job was completed. I thought their price was fair and reasonable for the work they completed. They cleaned up the site and took all the material removed with them. I strongly recommend Mold Be Gone Plus (also know as All Pro Restoration Group). If I ever experienced a water problem I would sure us them again. John W.
