I have been using Maid Pro for well over a year now since I needed to hire someone to clean my house when I became unable to do so as a result of surgery. At first, I was at home when the service people came since I was out of work, and I was always impressed with how friendly and accommodating they each were; they were even very patient with my barking Chihuahuas! When I returned to work, I continued to use Maid Pro on a regular basis since I was so impressed with the quality of their cleaning - and I am VERY picky when it comes to the cleanliness of my living space. I trusted the Maid Pro staff to enter my home when I was not there, and always feel at ease that my possessions are consistently safe and secure when they are in my house in my absence. When, on one occasion, I called to inform the management that I came home to find a stain on my bedroom carpet, the customer service was excellent, and I received a credit on my next cleaning service as a result of this inadvertent mistake on the part of the service person. Recently, I called to see if I could get my carpet cleaned on very short notice since I would be having company on the weekend, and Maid Pro's carpet/tile expert, Mark, was extremely responsive. He set up the carpet cleaning within two days, and did a very efficient job in cleaning and deodorizing a carpet that is old, and very soiled by dogs and my young grandchildren. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the services of Maid Pro across all levels of their operation. My only wish is that I be assigned the same cleaning person every time I have a service, since I do find some slight differences in how things are done with each of them. Also, I get a quicker and more efficient response by calling the main number directly than through my Project Manager. Thank you, Maid Pro!!! It is very difficult for me to be pleased with cleaning services, and, more importantly, for be to feel comfortable having people enter my home when I am not there.
