I was scheduled with another moving company in Naples on a Friday morning. I even tried to confirm something with that company on Thursday evening. No phone calls back and when Friday morning came, no show. I called John with JWS Moving and Delivery and told him my situatuon. He tried to locate other movers for me because he could not do it that Friday, but could on Monday. Luckily, I was able to still move out on Monday. John and his crew were fantastic! John was helpful and professional from step one. The guys showed up earlier than scheduled on Monday and called one hour before saying they were on their way. They were professionals all the way and got the job done in a timely manner with no extra or hidden fee's. I will remember this company for the future and have recommended them already to others. Thanks again John and crew!
