They don't answer their phones. How do you sell insurance if you don't answer phones?
When I closed on my home, somehow I got them for my homeowner's policy. Every year since my policy has been non-renewed by the insurer and then within 30 days reinstated. In the meantime I go round and round with them trying to upsale me with stuff I don't need and inadequately cover me on things I do.

STAY AWAY - we had insurance with them and sold the house in April and it was requested the insurance be canceled. About 10 request now, on phone and live in the store. It is July and they still have not done it. I called the insurance company myself and provided the written documentation I had provided Tom to get it closed myself. Buyer beware!
