I purchased my Indian Road Master from them and couldnt be happier! the service that i had gotten couldn't be beat. They went above and beyond to make sure that i felt at home and that my bike was fully serviced and tuned up all while i was doing my paper work. This store knows how to treat their customers and have told all my friends. Congrats on the new store and best of luck. Thank you all once again.

Great people, Great selection. Checked this place out and couldn't believe the selection! If you are looking for a trike and want some knowledge before buying, i highly recommend talking to this shop. I've yet to find a better shop

Maybe they were too busy

I am shopping for a trike kit. I had already talked to another dealer. I went in to see them to see what they had to offer. I stood around for 40 minutes, the lady that was detailing bikes said hello but other than that no one even acknowledged my presence. Will take the business elsewhere

First off I want to say that I live in North Carolina, No where near Fort Myers, FL and I do not personally know Manfred himself. I bought a 2011 K9 250 Big Dog from, "Haus of Trikes and Bikes" on the internet and had the Bike shipped to my house, so I did not know if the Bike had any issues at all. When I received the Bike the first thing i noticed was that the battery was dead, so I tried charging it up so see if it would work. Unfortunately the battery did not take a charge as I was thinking it would have. With this being said, I had to go out and buy a Brand New Battery. After I received the battery I took the Bike for a test drive. Come to find out I had no back breaks and the rotor was completely ate up, plus my break lights were not working as they should and a few other issues that had to be fixed as well. When I called up Manfred and explained everything to him, he was more than man enough to send me a check to cover most of my expenses for fixing the Bike. This is why I am giving him a 5 star rating because one thing Florida does not have a state inspection like North Carolina and he did not have to help me with the Lighting issues on the Bike. As for the dealership being out of state and resolving these issues was awesome because even in-state dealerships would have probably told me to go to Hell. I just want to thank Manfred and his Team for everything they have done for me to getting my Bike to where I can get it legally inspected in North Carolina. Thank You Manfred and Everyone who was involved in Helping Me accomplish getting everything right for the RIDE AHEAD.

When ever I need service I trust this shop, they make sure my motorcycle is road worthy and give me a heads up on what will need to be done later down the road to keep it running smooth! 5����
Ps don't want to be slammed with a large quote then do your basic maintenance schedules!

Where do I begin...... I took ...

Where do I begin...... I took my bike into this shop to have my compensator replaced on my flhtcu. Upon pulling off the primary, the mechanic found it had come loose and broken other parts as well. I went into the shop and talked with the very knowledgeable mechanic. I decided on my parts list and then in comes Frankie ( the service guy). We tell Frankie everything we will need to fix my bike. I state to Frankie " I want a screaming eagle compensator in my bike. No other one will do. This is the one it has to be!" He stated that he understood.

Apparently, Frankie orders parts " from a buddy in Wisconsin"... This guy must ask UPS to take as long as possible because parts take a good few weeks to come in. They finally come in and my bike gets fixed. At no time while waiting on the parts was I contacted by Frankie. No updates. Nothing. The only time I had contact with them was when I initiated it and called them to check on my bike.

Finally, I get my bike back, ride it about 1500 miles, and the compensator is going bad again. I contact the shop and tell them. Turns out, even though I stated I wanted a screaming eagle compensator put in, Frankie thought a BDL should be put in and thats what he had put in. They stated that they will warranty the work. I stated I would have no problem paying the difference in part price. Good ole Frankie calls up his "buddy" in Wisconsin and orders the part. It takes a week and a half to show up. They finally get my bike finished and call me to let me know that it is done.

The quote Frankie gave me for the warranty work (which was supposed to be just the difference in part cost) was "about $180". Which I thought was a bit steep, but, I said OK, get it done, because I wanted my bike back. Now that it is done he told me I owe $320..... Awesome

This shop has potential because they do have very knowledgeable mechanics. But, as good as their mechanics are, they are overshadowed by the incompetence of Frankie (the service guy). He has very poor customer service and can't ever give you a date when your bike will actually be done.

The best thing that this shop could do is to give Frankie and mop and a bucket and let him clean the store. He should in no way, shape, or form be involved with customers.

I would not take my Harley any other place!

I wanted to trick out my ride so I went into the Haus of Trikes and Bikes bought a lot of chrome parts and had them installed there also purchased a show light kit I had them install, great job and fast. Went back a few weeks later for an oil change and they pointed out that my rear tire need to be replaced. They did it all in a little over an hour. There are my Number 1 Shop.

Took my trike in for a check up and Manford scratched the bike then sent the bike off to be fixed with out telling me. I went to the shop because I did not get a call for 4 days. Surprised them and to my surprise my bike was not at the shop because they were trying to fix the scratch with out me knowing. Then they fixed the scratch and it looked terrible along with a section of the fender not even being painted. Then wanted to charge me again for delivery and when I got the bike back it was dirty as heck with water runs and white sanding stuff all over the bike. The bike did not have a speck of dust or anything wrong with the bike when I took it there so it should come back the same way it arrived. I did not take the bike back to be fixed because I am scared something else will be screwed up. Not a professional business and seems not to care about the quality of work. Let me give you another no, no. Never strap a bike down in a truck and leave it in first gear!!! Plus the trailer had a

Best shop ever

i bought my last bike with these guys, never been treaded like this before @ a motorcycle shop, they went beyond what i was asking for, and i can only recommend this shop, top notch work, great products, and the people are awesome.

a different story

I've never had any problem with these guys. Quite to the contrary, they are personable, knowledgeable, more than that, they care! They gave me a good price on my Big Bear Sled chopper, and were easy to negotiate with. I've never had a problem with their service, and I would rate Derrick as being an outstanding mechanic, and definitely someone you can communicate with. We plan to buy another bike through this dealer, and we are always made more than welcome when we come into the showroom. Over the past two years, there have been some small problems with my bike, and they handled them well and with professionalism. I count these people as straight shooters and good guides to motorcycling adventure. JM

Be careful buying from this shop

These guys are crooks and will over charge you, take your money and give you broken and/or sub standard parts and service. The warranty work will be minimal and poor quality and they will break things not under warranty and make you pay for it. Then as soon as your warranty is due to expire, they will sabotage your bike just so you will pay through the nose for work that should have been done under warranty. They will also abuse your bike when they test ride it. I have proof of all of this and you can write me for it.They should be run out of business.
