My name is Daryl Simms. My wife and I are new to Fort Myers. We decided to "lease" a new car and we found our desired vehicle at this dealership.

At the end, with our trade in, the math came out that the dealership owed us over $17,000. We asked for the check and we were told "there is no one here at this time to write checks...we can mail it out tomorrow or you can stop by to pick it up. I called the next day to let them know I'd be by and I was told a NEW STORY....something about the title. I told them I signed off on the paperwork and that the title is theirs to acquire. I'm told they sent "pay-off" so when I called the lienholder, they tell me it takes time to process. The lienholder also told me they have NEVER heard of such an excuse and that there is no excuse for them to not pay us.

It is now a week later and NO MONEY! Oh, and they also have MY CAR on their website as "FOR SALE"!

This dealership is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!!

Scammers! Not good for their word....not at all!

UN-ETHICAL!! went through entire process for purchasing a Jeep Wrangler $0 down..nothing, Nada..finalized a deal. We all signed. Went to have lunch, told the car was ready to sign in finance. The General Manager (Richard) came in to tell me that it now was $1200 due at signing. We were very upset and told him this was unethical and he yelled at us and told us we have "Three seconds to leave his property"!! He threatened us saying he is associated with the Sheriffs office. They operate a scam at signing, telling you one thing and then changing the prices after you sign..

AVOID THEM. They lie. I am a professional and never said anything other than I felt it was unethical, and the Sales Manager flew off the handle kicking us off his property!

This place is the worst service department in Lee County. Go somewhere else. They never fix your car. You just keep taking it back for the same thing over and over again. The service manager is worthless. We purchased our car there and it's in for service more than it's out. The car's gearshift is currently stuck in Park. Chrysler says that there's a recall on it and but Galeana says there isn't; as though it's natural for your gearshift to be stuck! Seriously, before you buy any vehicle from this group, look elsewhere.. Make them your very last choice. They don't deserve the ONE STAR that I gave them.

This is my personal opinion. AVOID THESE IDIOTS! Visited this place two times and hated both visits. Dusty from service has an attitude problem. These guys did an inspection at 47 thousand miles and stated “spark plugs appear to be original” and should be replaced when in fact they had less than 200 miles on them. The estimate to replace these plugs was $250. It cost me $11 and took less than 15 minutes on our Caliber. They also stated “replace front brake pads and replace front brake rotors” when in fact they front pads have less than 15 percent wear and the rotors mic out at 1.005 and 1.004 respectively. The estimate for this repair was $472.25.



These guys are a joke. Overpriced for work that does not need to be completed. I never thought a dealership would try to steal from me. If you are with Galeana feel free to contact me by referring to 161582. I have everything forensically documented here.
