Very friendly and helpful rental agents. They always acknowledge customers waiting and process the rental quickly and efficiently. It is a little difficult to discern how Enterprise establishes their rates? But this is not the responsibility of the agents on site.

I ordered a Corvette over the phone at this location. I confirmed several times over the phone that it was a Corvette 2015. Because it was extremely important for me to get specifically that car I decided to stop by this location 1 day prior to pick up to confirm my pick up in person and also to look at the car. When I arrived I was met by Amerson Medourd. I asked if my pick up is reserved and asked if everything is correct and if it is a Corvette 2015. Mr. Medourd said that it is reserved and that it is a convertible. I said that I do not need just any convertible and that I need and specifically reserved a Corvette 2015. Mr. Medourd very rudely told me that I will get my convertible the next day and implied to leave. I asked Mr. Medourd to call his manager, but he rudely replied that he is the manager. I asked him to call his general manager to what Mr. Medourd threw his business card to me. I said that I do not need his information and that I want to speak with his manager and threw his business card back on his desk. After that Mr. Medourd screamed at me that he will never rent me any car.

Right after that I called Enterprise directly and reported the situation. They apologized for confusion and offered a Mustang 2015 at discounted price. Because my reservation was only one day away I had no other choice and took the Mustang. When I arrived to that location the next day there was a lady, named Bryn. She was a pleasure to work with and for her I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, Enterprise hires such disrespectful and rude people like Mr. Medourd that is why I cannot rate this experience higher than 1 star.
