Had our entire roof sealed with Dura Loc, did NOT have any leaks but knew roof was getting older, since job was completed 1/2 of our home's roof leaks terribly, when we went up on the roof, we noticed 1/2 of the roof looked like it was covered well and the other looked very skimpy and thin, looks like they were running short on concrete mixture, called them and the mgr came out and told me there were a few spots he needed to reseal, and he did that himself, home still leaks terribly...my whole kitchen is gonna have to be repaired & re painted from the damage let alone one bedroom...i just don't understand this kind of poor work ethic let alone lack of responsibility i would NEVER recommend this company!

This company has been hired by our landlord several times to fix the same roof leak (going on 4 years now). They are very slow to respond and have shown up more times without a ladder to reach the roof then not. We still have the same roof leak that has caused us a lot of damage and time. Each time they come out the representative promises me we will never have this problem again and each time a new person is sent to us. I don’t like writing negative reviews about a company online but I don’t know how else to get their attention to fix our problem as I’ve attempted talking to them directly. Truly shameful that in 4 years they can't fix our problem.
