Core air needs to make changes with their management. Operation manager (Kyle) no BS, ask for him. Sadly caring more about their income than anything else. Leaving them with poor customer service long term. They seem to play a front, attracting customers that are clue less about the (Hvac) industry like me. When a company cares more about their money vs their own employes, it should trigger a (HUGE) red flag. I've experienced the service in and out. Meeting unhappy X employees that were willing to share the experience, including me an "X customer" whom received one. I don't own an Hvac company, and I am not BS-ing the ones looking for a company to depend on. I honestly wish you all the best of luck, and I hope this review helps. Believe me I would not take my time to write this if "Core" was truly fair and genuine. Good luck folks. Happy new year!
