FRIENDS AND FAMILY: I would just like to share a review of a vendor I used for my wedding Caloosa Tent Rental. If ANYONE IS CONSIDERING using them for their wedding let me just tell you think AGAIN!! THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH, with the pictures I post you will be able to see. I paid $2,300 for a tent from them, when the vendors arrived they were unprofessional, rude and drank some refreshments without asking STRAIGHT OUT OF THE JUG. Not to mention the fact that as they were putting my tent up the poles were crooked and leaning to the side. I asked them to fix it and they insisted it was fine, as you can tell from the pictures..IT WAS NOT FINE!!!!! We had rain, and thank God if it wasn't for our friends and family HOLDING UP THE CROOKED POLES the tent would of been completely been destroyed, and my wedding ruined. And the worst part........need I go on was the fact i paid 2,300 of MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THEM TO GET ME A TENT THAT HAD HOLES IN IT THAT WE WERE DUCTAPING AT LAST MINUTE , AFTER THE COMPANY REFUSED TO COME PATCH, the tent was leaking. It took alot for me to write this review, but If I can save my friends and family some money from wasting it on this horrible company I will......Unprofessional, HORRIBLE quality, The most SNAPPY RUDE Receptionist I have ever dealt with in my life,(I believe her name was Debbie) Not what I would expect for paying almost $2,500 for something. Easy to work with. My coffee maker didn't work and they didn't give me a hard time about getting a new one.

The prices were fair and they had a lot more of a selection than some of the other places so I could get everything at one place. I like the convenience of not having to run around. My time is valuable to me.

I was really amazed at everything that they had to rent. I was able to get almost everything I needed for my wedding. They even gave me some good suggestions for a cater, cake and flowers. I had no idea how to choose everything that I needed to decide on and they made it really easy. I didn't even think about half of the stuff that they gave me information for. They were very helpful and made my wedding much easier to plan.

Debbie was great. She was very patient with me as I changed my mind 3 times. She also worked with us on the price to help with our wedding budget. Thanks again Debbie !

I had to deal with a very rude lady by the name of Debbie in there office after I called to rent a tent and some table and chairs. I tried to asked several questions about the tent and she keep cutting me offer after I told let me finish she started to raise her voice with so I told her I will find someone else to rent from. They lost out on a very big sale.

I used Caloosa Tent for my wedding. They had all of the tablecloths/napkins I needed. They even ordered a few for me that they were short on at no extra cost. Tina spent a lot of time planning with me. They were great.

WOW! What an impressive company!! I had my wedding day planned on Sanibel and the day before my wedding a huge storm came through. The storm left no electricity to the building that I had reserved for my wedding. The owner of Caloosa Tent, Cheryl Komnick, helped me put together an INCREDIBLE wedding to be held in a tent that they set at the last second. It was beautiful! They had everything I needed. I was so grateful that they went above and beyond and made my day so special. I highly recommend them to everyone for any type of event.

Rented 50 chairs, small stage and white runner for a wedding. A bright red was delivered and left rolled as ordered as bride and groom were only ones to walk on it as instructed. It was also dirty. Called for a refund. Treated with yelling, rudeness and called a liar. Finally after telling the person I would stop payment on the nearly $400 charge for these few items she agreed to refund for carpet. Called because did not come and was told I was being charged labor for taking down chairs when driver had our men help unload and set up. This is not an honest place of business in my opinion and not only was I overcharged but treated terribly as well. Still being cheated out of money I should have been refunded because she told me I would be charged labor for the men to take down the chairs when I was told set up would be included. Never again!
