FANTASTIC PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!
On July 30, 2018, my wife and I went car shopping in Ft. Myers, Fl. We visited two dealerships prior to stopping at Brazil (Pennant Certified) Auto Mall. We were so frustrated by the first two that I expected the same result here. NOT SO!! Larry met us in the lot and since I had seen the car of interest online, we went straight to it. The 2007 Ford Edge looked even better than the pics. A new Edge would not look much better. Larry was quick to get the dealer tag and us on the test drive. We loved the car and then I was ready for the ugly part, making the deal. I am still in shock. 45 minutes from the time we drove into the lot all the papers were signed and we were the new owners. While test driving the car, I felt a bump in the steering and when I told Larry he said he would take it to the shop and have it looked at again and since we were not picking it up for a couple of days anyway, that worked for us. Larry called to let us know that the mechanic found an issue in the steering on one side so he had them replace the parts on both sides. Due to some confusion in getting the car registered Larry paid $40 extra to get it done for us and mailed the registration to us.

We have told everyone who looks at our beautiful car that Larry is the very best we have dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. What is typically and pain in the lower regions was absolutely PAINLESS and we feel we not only found a great place to do business but we also made a friend.
