Provided by YP.comI had one of their technicians in my home for a quote. He was very rude and arrogant. When I told him that I was getting other quotes he wanted to charge me for his quote. I told him that I wasn't told that there would be a charge for the quote. He would not leave my house until he listened to the recorded message that I had with the receptionist. As he walked out he shouted, "Good Luck getting the work done for free"! Do Not use this company unless you're into abuse.

Provided by YP.comBryan with Best Home Services went above and beyond to help me get my generator hook up completed. He was a great help and instructed me how to operate the generator on my own if I needed to.

Provided by YP.comThe guy that came told us a water softener was bad for our plumbing and water heater! EVERYONE else suggested installing one to extend the life of our water heater and appliances. He told us our drain odor was from the water and, due to the build up in our lines, we should replace all of our water lines for $10,000!!!!

Because of the great experience the first time I decided to call Best today for emergency service on my A/C unit vs. my normal service company. Provided by YP.comWe've had Best doing our electrical, AC, and plumbing work for a full year now. We had a good deal of work done following thorough inspections of the three areas, including a new AC unit. They have performed routine maintenance for us throughout the year and are available to perform maintenance and repairs whenever needed. This is important to us since we rent our home as a vacation rental and do not live in Florida. While the pricing is on the high end of the range, Best technicians and front office have earned our confidence for quality of the work performed and the quick response. Most recently we had Eddie, the electrician who last year brought many electrical items in our 20-year old house up to code, come back to fix a couple of things that we didn't get fixed last year. As before, quick, complete, and quality work was courteously provided.
