Excellent service at a reasonable cost. Had them install TV on wall, They were on time, finished the job quick,my wife said two young men were very friendly and courteous. The woman who took my order when I called was super friendly and knowledgeable about what I wanted done. I would highly recommend this company.

I was out having brunch at tgif in belltower, when I noticed a gentleman on a ladder apparently connecting TVs. A hour or so later he was seated on his laptop. I asked our waiter what work was being preformed, she replied he's giving us 1 remote to control the 10 TVs. I was thinking to myself amazing, well 10 min later the guys up walking around controlling every TV independently with one remote. I even offered him a beer, but he declined my offer! I even offered him a side job and he replied call Axis, so I will. I wrote this review because this guy was nothing simpler than a professional and their hard to find

Called Axis to come help me set up my home theater, knowledgable technicians. They suggested DIRECTV or DISH Network. I've had by cable for years and never knew there was any difference. The picture quality is incredible. I had no idea what I was missing out on. Plus, when I had questions and called there is always a live person that answers the phone. No punching 1 for tech support here. Knowledgeable, couteous staff. If you are looking to make a change, call Axis Satellite and as they say keep it local. I'll never call big business 1-800 services again when there is a local option. Thanks Axis, I'm one happy TV watcher now!!!!

I hired Axis Satellite to install a home theater I got for Christmas. First of all they provided next day service, which is very important to me. Secondly, they showed up on time, did a professional job and explained how my system works. I will recommend them to anyone seeking Audio/Video services in SW Florida.

I made the mistake of call a 1-800 number for my satellite tv. I called Axis Satellite after I called the 1-800 for DIRECTV. After waiting and finally getting through the DTV phone systems and placing my order, it couldn't be installed to my condo's requirements. they company that DTV sent to install were three hours late and they wanted to charge me a bunch of money to complete the install. I cancelled and called Axis Satellite. My call was answered on the first ring by a lady named Wendi and she was very helpful. She completed my order and sent a technician named Daniel to complete my installation. Daniel installed the dish on my roof as my condo association required at no extra cost. Daniel even sat and explained my elderly mother how to use the system so she could understand it. Wendi told me I would be glad I chose to use Axis Satellite and now I know why. If you are looking for Directv or even Dish Network, call Axis Satellite, they do it right!

I have heard the Axis Satellite commercials on 770 radio for years but we were happy with our cable provider until the digital change. When I called, I spoke with one of the ladies in the office and I asked why I should keep it local versus calling the 1-800 number for directv or dish network. She told me Axis has the same offers as the big names and they did. They delivered exactly what they offered awesome help, service, installation and help even after I had the service. My technician Daniel was awesome, he in stall the service exactly as I asked, he didn't charge me anything up front and he spent a great deal of time explaining how I could use the equipment and get the most out of it. They were so great, I actually took Daniels advice and upgraded my sound and audio equipment. They handled everything, ordering, delivery and installation. I will be watching the superbowl in style this year.I would recommend Axis Satellite for all your home theater needs.
