The sales rep was trying to get rid of me before we even started. His first statements were about the need to install $30,000 worth of pilings before the pool construction could begin. I told him that no one in my neighborhood had that issue, but he continued to be extremely negative. I wouldn't use this company if it was the last on the planet!

I had stopped in because of the location. Had a lengthy conversation with Sam,.. The retired owner and became interested in finding out what they could do for us in renovating our pool. Sad to say but Joe the son who has taken over the business seems not to have the same work ethic as that of his dad. I stop by their office twice and called once over a four week period. On all occasions Sam was apologetic of his sons failure to follow through. But,.. This could be a blessing in disguise. If you are considering using this pool company. Take their purposol and contract to an attorney and modify it to protect your interest if they fail to come through. BUY BEWARE!!

BAD SERVICE! Personel missed scheduled appointments. Pool comes EMPTY!!!
