I have being in both locations. Staff is VERY friendly and prices are amazing! I will definitively be back every time I need tile.

From service, to quality to price everything went great! The entire staff knew there tile and were all very helpful. I would recommend to anyone in the Fort Myers area looking to tile.

Paid over $16,000 for travetine tile and received broken tile, tile with thinset filled, broken tile that was glued together. Store answer was you paid for travetine and that what you received. Worst customer service ever. Reported to BBB. Avoid these people.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, price was outrageous and quality was sub standard, also had to go back 4 different times to get what I was told was in stock but guess what..no way will I ever go back, Would not recommend to anyone!

The worst experience ever. Delivered wrong tile of lower quality that was purchased, wrong grout and incorrect amount, wrong adhesive and double what was needed for job. Very poor customer service in an attempt to resolve. No resolution met! Left with a head ache and scammed out of money!! Avoid these people!!!

By far the worst experience. I am still in shock at the things the owner, yes Angela herself said. First off I would like to say I am not one to complain or write reviews but after this experience I have to share. Picked out a tile price was maybe a few cents more than one very similar we had found but Angelas had it in stock. After reading bad reviews about tile being different my husband went to place order and asked if the sample was exactly what was in stock. He asked to take a piece from the stock in the back, he was given the floor sample and told he could make sure it matched when it arrived. Tile arrived...not the same. Yes, that's not good...annoying to say the least. Was told it might be able to be ordered, but it won't be all from the same palet so the tile installer can mix it in and you won't notice. (Totally not acceptable) I initial thought mistakes are made, someone miscounted, it was an accident, we will figure it out. Husband went by to get a refund or figure out how to get the correct tile. I met him there bc he was there for longer than an hour. He was talking with Angela and Olga the naples store manager and getting no where. We were actually told, at least we sent you all of the same color, and at least it was a similar tile, it's white like the one you picked. We didn't send a brown tile when you ordered white. I am still Shocked by these answers and arguments. They knowingly sent a different tile hoping we wouldn't notice. ANGELA HERSELF SAID MOST PEOPLE DON'T NOTICE...so we weren't the first wrong order on purpose. This is not how a buisness should be run. Refused refund saying she didn't have the money and we should take something similar. After no solution and no refund, against every bone in our body, we were stuck with a tile that we did not want. Beyond the worst experience!! Would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible business ethics. Owner doesn't deserve the business from anyone. BTW....1 star is only bc you have to put a star.

tiles were fine the tile installer they suggested was the worst nightmare i have had.

worked in taking down the tiles , the wall, the toilet, the vanity and the plumbing in less then 3 hours and never to do any more work, i had given him as per agreement, more then $900.00. he had more excuses for not working which i will not put down, then promise me he could do the entire job in ONE DAY, i called him the miracle worker and fired him.

My husband and I were treated very fairly. They matched the prices of other stores nearby. They went out of there way for us. We came back several times and every time they were helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you need tile!

Low quality product high prices, I would not recommended to my worst enemy..period...

Horrible customer service, Liars and cheaters, and above all those they could hardly speak English I’m surprised that they are still in business. Their driver break a box of tile, they refused to return it , you can’t talk to the Owner the Dumb founded Angela , she thinks she could run the business as if she was back in Honduras.

One of your drivers (Spanish guy) in a flat bed truck nearly rear ended me at a red light on Gunnery RD. in Lehigh Acres, FL and then tried to side swipe me on the same road. This individual is a danger to motorist and should not be able to operate a vehicle.

We have done business with Angela's Marble &Tile in Naples now on 2 separate occasions. And we couldn't be MORE pleased. They ALWAYS have TOP QUALITY merchandise, (we bought a BEAUTIFUL Mexican, Terra Cotta tile) & what we are looking for. It is ALWAYS readily available &in stock for IMMEDIATE delivery. We always are given a the very BEST prices, not only for the merchandise alone, but this time we had a tile setter that was recommended by Olga to lay our tile throughout our ENTIRE house &not only did they beat their competition by .75 per sq ft installing it, it was done VERY EFFICIANTLY, in a TIMELY manner &it was VERY PROFESSIONALLY done. Thank you Mario &Nelson. It looks just Gorgeous! Last time we bought natural stone to do the back splash in our kitchen &she beat the competitions price by around 66%. We LOVE Angela's Marble &Tile &we WILL be using them to do ALL our renovation in our Mom &Dad's home, when we get ready to do the tile in the bathroom's &the kitchen back splash. Never have I dealt with any business, that was more FAIR, HONEST &HARD WORKING. We would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE. They get an A+++ in our book. Thanks so very much Olga for allowing us to turn our homes into a Beautiful Masterpiece! We SO APPRECIATE you &your business. I will be posting photos soon.
