I have never been treated as poorly as I was treated by this place today. Unprovoked anger was directed at me in a way that was completely unprofessional and unreasonable. I will never go back and will never recommend this vet to anyone.

I am 80 yrs old. Because they did not do their job properly I was sworn at and actually thrown out.Told I was banned from there forever.
For once in my life I was very cordial to the desk receptionist .But they denied my dogs appointment for 8:45 and when I ask the owner read me the riot act and it escalated to opening the door and ushered myself and my daughter out the door. Her dog was 5 minutes away from seeing the Vet, but was thrown out also. Not good.

What a Horrible Experience!
The person that calls herself the front desk manager is extremely rude, canceled my appointment while I was on the way from an hour away, and more. I would really like to be contacted by the Business owner to be sure that she knows how her employee "Amy" treats customers and how it affects those customers animals. I believe that the person who says shes the "Front desk manager" who calls herself Amy is possibly named Amy Joy Veilleux (judging by the 1 facebook review since they deleted their old facebook page with all of the complaints), and she acted like she was talking to the Owner on the phone about me both times I called. She was very rude, kept interrupting, kept talking over me and yelling, and I see 57 google reviews saying that she does the same thing all the time to many customers. I know its less common that businesses have good customer care nowadays, but this place and this person is really horrible.

I'm not (and never will be a client) here, but even a brief review of their Facebook page shows photos and comments they have posted of them practicing sub-standard care. This includes people performing surgeries without proper sterile techniques.

Other photos show pets that are under anesthesia without an endotracheal tube in place, and show little/no monitoring equipment.

Th Facebook page has also deleted/blocked comments that call into question their care.

Other comments they have posted on their page just show a lack of medical knowledge, such as stating that entropion surgery fixed a dog's "cherry eye" (entropion and cherry eye are very different conditions), stating that pyometra is cancer (pyometra is infection of the uterus).

Previous comments that they posted in reply to questions (mostly deleted now) were also degrading and childish name-calling; unprofessional on their part.

They may be low cost, but clearly their own photos and comments show them to be low-quality too.

From what I understand, if this was the dog that you found, then after you returned it to the clinic, the clinic never gave it back to the rightful owner. BTW --- this clinic has an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau; you should just read the reviews!

I am throroughly confused by this place. I found a small, dirty dog wandering in the street, & I was afraid it would get hit by a car. I took it to this vet because they were closest, to see if they would check for a microchip & contact the owner. They said it had an unregistered microchip. They didnt want it to go to the the animal shelter, and asked me to take him. I did. 2 days later they started calling repeatedly & leaving messages that I need to return the dog to them because i'm not the registered owner. I took the dog back the same afternoon and in the hour I was gone to drive him there, there were 6 more messages from them on my voicemail. WHAT THE F IS GOING ON IN THEIR OFFICE!! SERIOUSLY, if I wanted to steal the damn dog I wouldnt have involved them in the first place. WHAT NERVE!! I was so impressed with their compassion the first day,trying to spare the dog from going to the animal shelter & they come in and act like they're saving it from ME.

WARNING, take your animal elsewhere!! You and your animals will come under personal attack from the so called office manager "Amy" and the owner of the clinic "Gina". They harassed my wife and really at the end of the day all Amy and Gina did was lose another PAYING customer. I hope Gina and Amy read this. You all have 60 BAD reviews and climbing by the minute and all of them say the same thing... "AMY". That puts your clinic in the biggest disadvantage ever. If keeping unprofessional, vulgar, boorish Amy you will keep losing clients and your business will cease to exist. Maybe not today or tomorrow but you 2 will be the fail of that clinic. This is a perfect example of why you cant mix business and friendship. Rule 1 TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT! For people reading this that are thinking about taking your baby to this pathetic excuse of an animal clinic, don't do it. If you do, you will see how Amy acts. She comes off like she is the vet and has a "God complex". best of luck.

10 month poodle received a neuter surgery. No complaints, they were welcoming, lowest price in town and prompt. Although the place looks a little redneck, the procedure was completed successfully and with no complications.

I just receive some of this costumer care myself! After contesting them about having to pay an additional fee for release to information to the on-line pet medication site, they blame the fee on the on-line provider, then said it was a State Mandate and then admited it was the Vet charging the fee. I would only have to pay it once, then answer change to every ordered medication. But, I was told that this would not be necessary if I purchased the over price product that they carried. The girl stated at my previous office visit that people could only afford to buy one doce a month and keep coming back each month. During this office visit I told her then that I would purchase it on-line and nothing was stated about an additional charge when the on-line vender called to verify previous testing for the medication. She stated to me that it was a miscommunitation on my part that she did not state any of the deflections for the additional fee.

The conclusion was another person from Affordable called me back and stated I was no longer welcomed there and to find another place to take my dogs. Mean while no offer was made to give back my funds for the testing I needed for the heartworm medication. In addition, my phone was blocked from calling them. In addition my dogs will not recieve there medication.

The person who works the phones for this place is totally unbelievably rude she's truly making a bad name out of a good place well use to be until now talking with her is just impossible and money is the only thing that's important to her not are sick cat we had a emergency here at the house my wife busted her knee and ended up in the er with everything that happened we missed this first appointment had a lot going on at the time but now if we need to come there this lady is making me call with a credit card to make sure I pay first and then come when she called she was totally rude and n no way asked if or what was the reason for missing the appoinment it was pay me now or you can't come in the people here are nice up to now we have had nothing but issues with this lady on the I tried one day to explain what was wrong with my cat she started with this you don't have a attitude thing I was totally shocked and her tone was a I don't care attitude toward me if you can't explain your situation to her she sure needs to find other work cause they lost my business that's for sure I can't deal with rude and all out I don't care about your animal give me a credit card number or I am hanging up attitude I had her on the phone the other day she needed to talk to my wife to set up the appointment I am disabled so it took me maybe a few seconds to crutch to my wife by the time I went to give her the phone she rudly huge up on me and mde me call back again to wait on the line 10 minutes so I ended up calling back again to finally talk about getting my cat a visite but by this time I was so fed up I had to hang up cause all she could say is this credit card thing pay first just really horrible person truly I've been in he service industry for 20 years in each and every company I worked for was all about customers relations and she sure has no clue I have done that for probally as long as this lady has been alive boy it just burns me my wife called them to get this lady again and she hung up on her and nowing my wife that's not at all her it takes a lot for that to happen so I far warn ya

The staff here is very profess...

The staff here is very professional, kind & helpful. I have been bringing my pets here for quite a while & I go 20 miles out of my way from North Cape Coral. I have seen trouble makers in there being extremely disrespectful. Meanwhile the girls in there handle them with respect & dignity. This clinic is extremely reasonable with there pricing.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: My dog had to be examined by the vet on Monday June 6th. After the exam the vet said she needed a surgery and to come back at 8am the next day. We asked if we owed anything and teh vet said no so we left. We werent given a chart to take to the fromt or anything. We get a call 10 minutes later from Rasai FREAKING out that my husband didnt pay the $28.00 exam fee and just walked out. She said her drawer would be short, she had to get the money, could we come back, could we pay with a cc card over the phone. I told her he was half way home and we would pay it when we came in the next am that the vet said we didnt owe anything that day. We assumed we would pay all at once for her surgery! We turned around and paid the frantic lady. When we picked her up on Tuesday we were given no after care instructions and our pet was brought out to us by a vet tech so we didnt even get to see the vet when we picked her up. I Called the next morning asking the office staffer Rasia what after care was needed? I was told None. I told the girl that my dog had a tube in her ear, what do you mean no after care? She put me on hold and came back and said oh yeah the tube will need to be removed in 2-3 days. So I guess removing a tube that was placed after or durring surgery that needs to be removed is not considered after care? Then I asked the girl about the prescriptions and what was the dosage and where do I pick them up at? I was constantly interrogated by Rasai as to what did the vet tell me, what did he say to do and when I finally told her to quit asking stupid questions because I told her a hundred times I was GIVEN NO DIRECTION and that is why I was calling. She hung up on me. I called back and she said she wont allow me to call her stupid. I todl Her I didnt call her stupid, I said she was asking stupid questions. I requested a call from the owner. Instead I had to email her. She responded telling me basically that it was all my fault, her staff did nothing wrong and "for you to complain and use the terms you did describing our clinic and it's professionalism, is very insulting to me, especially when we did you a huge favor by doing this surgery as this unbelievable price." I called around to several vets and the price for having a tube insterted and left for drainage for an ear hematoma is roughy $80.00. I was charged $75.00 and given a discount for paying in CASH! I am being told by Gina the owner that it is a 800+ surgery. Yeah, maybe if they used stitches to cauterize the damaged blood vessel. I have been told by the owner Gina that I am not allowed to have any contact with them or I will be sued and she will get a restraining order against me. She refuses to remove the tube and says that I paid for a hematoma surgery not the after care to remove the tube they put in durring surgery. This is how a professional establishment responds to the concerns of there patients?? I told her I would see her in court and she said good because "That's what I have 3 civil attorneys for. Very good one's I might add." Why would an honest business like this need 3 civil attorneys? The complaints on google and yahoo just mount up! My complaint isnt how the procedure was preformed. It is how I was treated by the staff of an INCOMPITENT facility that preformed a surgery on my pet. They didnt speak with me on how to care for my pet after surgery and they find it insulting that I call and ask? I urge you to call the Florida department of regulation vet Board and the BBB and file a complaint if you have had any issues with this establishment. I have and they are looking into it. I just may see Gina in court!

Not worth the drive

False advertised on Craigslist to get people to drive there. Her ad stated chihuahua and yorkie puppies. As it never stated a mix of both, their wording leads one to believe they had both type pups. On the phone you are told one price yet in person theres a price change. Girl on phone clueless. Had to keep putting me on hold whenever I asked a question. Like anything else you get what you pay for. I found Gail rude and homophobic and very unprofessional. Thats not a bashing it is a rehash of my poor experience at this so called clinic.
