I ordered an inspection of a vacant rental property we own in Mohave Valley because Bill the owner said they could do it same day. He said he would open it up and give me a call. Never received a call that day. The next day, I called again and Bill claimed that they have spent two days trying to find the septic without luck. I asked him why he hadn't called me and he ignored me and said he should have it open within the hour and would call me. Again no call. The next day my realtor asked me to call the escrow company as repairs were needed. Escrow company said that my septic needed $700 in repairs. I called Bill and asked why it needed repairs. He stated that this septic was very old, from 1988. I told him no, we installed it in 2005. He claimed it was backed up and needed repairs. I told him that I would have my son-in-law go take a look. At this point we determined that Bill was using the septic plot map for a vacant lot next door. There were numerous holes dug in my backyard and one of the two tanks was uncovered. The uncovered tank had been damaged, a corner of the lid had been broken to the point that dirt could fall in the tank. Also, we noticed that one the holes that was dug damaged a pipe. My daughter and son-in-law met Bill at the site to get an explanation of why we needed repairs. Couldn't get a straight answer. He claimed we already owed him $300 but he ended up leaving and telling them to forget the money already owed him. We called Daniels Septic to go out and inspect and they pumped and inspected and found nothing wrong. Septic solutions was going to scam us. We also discovered that Septic Solutions is not licensed. Don't use them!

I have had them out a few times over the years as I have a bad leachfield that doesn't drain well. They have been very helpful explaining problems and solutions with me and I could not ask for a better company to deal with. They have gone above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate them

This company is a total rip off. They came to my house and only pumped half my tank, when i called them back they told me it was my problem deal with it. I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT A HOLE
