First expierence with rentco was amazing bought a 60 inch LG smart tv is a wonderful deal. But in Febuary my computer went out was having one built telling the people of rentco they offered to build it. I said ok in June the computer was still not finished they offered me a laptop as a loaner until mine was complete. I paid 2 weeks on the laptop. Had it four days and it went out took it back they said would have fixed. Called me the next day and told me they had a loaner computer for me when i went to pick it up. The owner Patrick who must think im deaf said he was not going to give me a loaner and went to office sent the lady out to tell me it was passworded and they needed to get a hold of client told me it would be ready in a few days July 28th now and still no word on either laptop. Yes i am the idiot that waited just wanted everyone to know what they could be getting into there. i will pay off the 2 items i have and that will be the last i deal with them.
