Argo let us make payments on new A/C unit this past summer. Most contractors wanted all money or half up front. It was 120° outside. Saved us. Thank you....

Bad service. Do not come when a time has been set. Do not follow through to be sure everything is working properly when the repair is supposed to be complete. They have been here 5 times and still the ac unit is not working properly. Would not use Argon again or recommend their services.

HORRIBLE !! Never use them. Just had a new compressor installed on June 16, 2016, on a home warranty. The unit does not seem to running correctly. Runs non-stop. Called Argo only to get the man who always answers. I explained the problem to him. He says I need to call the Home Warranty. I explained to him the paperwork of installation gave a 90 day warranty on work, and that it does not seem he is standing with his work. He told me find somebody else to look at it.

Argo electricians came out to the house repaired some coil or coils and re-charged the air-conditioner. One of the guys gave me some advice on to close the air vent in the hallway next to the blower cause it was sucking the cold air back in the blower and the thermostat is located close by so the house was not getting as cold as the hallway. He cleaned my filter too. Great service and company

Last summer our ac unit failed. Called our landlord he told us to get an evaluation. We had a trusted ac guy come look it over. He said it isn't worth fixing being that its 20 years old and probably can't even fix it if he wanted to. Told the landlord. He called Argo for another opinion. Big mistake. Argo said oh its fine just needs about 500% worth of repairs. So landlord jumped all over it. Argo does the service and said he fixed it. Guess what?? Not fixed. We are in triple digits here its hot!"" So we are roasting in a hot house!" Argo comes back two days later. Tells oh yeah the unit is shot you need a new one.So now that the landlord is stuck 500$ with this shady company he is forced to have them do the work. So now a week later and living in a hotel for a few days they install the new unit. Nothing but problems for over a year now. It dissent keep cool. It runs for hours on end Nonstop. We have it set at 78 temps go up over 85 degrees . Call land lord who calls argo and said its normal. Our electric bill is through the roof!! Over a year we finally get them to look at it. They said it had two leaks and they fixed it and charged 400$ to do it!! Are you kidding me. Guess what still. Not fixed!!! Imagine that. Set at 78 its over 80 running nonstop!!! This company is shady and can't be trusted. He told our landlord oh its fine we just want to keep it like an icebox. No we just want it to work!!! Don't use Argo or you will be sorry!!!
