I have to admit I am someone that typically does not write reviews but after calling many different places and getting the run around about repairing my Heatilator fireplace, I got a return call from Jim on Monday saying he did have the fan in place. I had called Southern HPG a few times prior to Christmas along with other companies and they stuck to there word. He called back when the part came in and scheduled a service call for Tuesday (yesterday)



Troy was the individual that came out and was very professional and went above and beyond explaining the unit, why it did not work (loose wire) cleaned the unit, installed pieces that were not installed originally, and all questions my wife and I had. Also, the prices were lower than competitors.
