This office has a very rude call center. I called to make an appointment for a calf/hamstring strain and was told that no new issues at beginning of the day even though this has been done for me before because of my work schedule. I then tried to call the referral line to get a recommendation for a different doctor practice(ortho) and that lady was even ruder than the first operator! I was trying to ask her not only for a referral but how to appropriately fill a survey out(survey is on their website.) She said you will need to talk to scheduling. WHY??? Can this person not help me fill out a survey properly to make sure it gets to someone who can address the issues I have? Then she transferred me in the middle of my next sentence which was "Can you put me through to someone who will recommend to me another practice since I have asked you twice now and you won't? I plan on letting EVERYONE know how I was treated by your office call center and ask them to reconsider using your office.
