Would like to give this place 0 stars. I’m new to the neighborhood and was really excited to have a new local nail salon. I made an appointment for myself and my mother, we showed up exactly on time. It was very clear they were busy but no one bothered to say that they wouldn’t be able to take us at our appointment time. After twenty minutes of waiting, I was finally fed up and left. I am EXTREMELY annoyed at the poor customer service. No one even had the decency to say, “we are running behind, would you mind waiting?” or “we’re so sorry, so you want to reschedule,” or “it’ll only be a few more minutes.”

NO ONE SAID ANYTHING!!!! Now I cannot wait to tell all the neighborhood ladies to not waste their time with this salon.

Extremely disappointing. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to my old salon. Thanks for nothing Nail Studio.

My FAVORITE nail salon ever!! So clean, so chic. Love it and the location. Long and Natalie are the BEST and so fun/sweet! They are pro at "dipping" nails too - I look forward to each appointment. :)

I have had wonderful experiences here so far!! The staff has been friendly and pleasant, and my nails and pedicures have met my expectations every time. In particular, I called on a Saturday right before they closed and they still rendered services. And they didn't rush - He took his time and my nails and toes couldn't have looked better. Their facility is clean, decor is awesome and they are generous with their drinks. Would definitely recommend!

I used to go to this nail place years ago. There was a lady that would do my nails & she was good. Had one bad thing happen, had an appt but for some reason that didn't matter. The place was packed and the lady that usually did my nails was very busy. Tried another place for a while, then that person went on maternity leave. Place changed, prices went up. Went back to Nail Studio to give them another try. At first was good. Until today. The man that did my nails rushed. Didn't file them evenly, polish job was crappy. Calluses hardly touched. Won't go back. Now need to find another place!

This salon is fantastic. The customer service is wonderful and I'm always pleased

with the way my nails look. I've been to a lot of different salons over the years but I've

never found one this great in the past!!
