I took my Ford Flex into Fort Mill Ford because it was having some electrical issues. The service team was very professional and found and fixed the problem (bad cell in the battery) quickly. This is my second vehicle from Fort Mill Ford and I really like the service they provide.

My wife loves her new Escape! Already two recalls on it worries me. Dealership is great for warranty repairs. Way too expensive for anything routine !! Quote just to adjust my headlights was $ 65. A ten minute job max.
