Disappointed about customer service here. I went there just for infection of my nail yesterday at 4:50pm. Simple thing! The nurse who took my information suck. She does not know what her job is. Lelf me deal with her job ... tier 1 or tier 2 on insurance for almost an hour. It was unkind n discourterious to treat their customer.

Over the years I have received below par quality for this establishment. PMC has always provided my family with lower quality services than any of the CMC locations in the area. This location specifically has provided me with long wait times and less than adequate doctor care. I do not recommend this urgent care to anyone.
