I hired this maid service on a trial run basis. I was looking for a company that could come to my place twice a month. They quoted me $95 for my 750 sf. apartment, and compared to some other quotes I got I thought this was fair. Although this was not my lowest quote I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They showed up 45 minutes late, and I have appointments to get to so I had to leave my home while they cleaned. They took full advantage of the fact that I was not there and barely cleaned anything. My floors had crumbs left all over them, and my bathroom had toothpaste left all over the sink. The shower wasn't even touched. Not even a little. They did such a bad job even my boyfriend thought so, and he doesn't notice anything. (seriously he didn't even notice when I hung pictures in our place that completely covered the white walls, he is that dense).



I will never ask for this company to come back, and in fact I left them $100, and they had to nerve to take all of my money and not even leave me the change. They are nothing short of being criminals, and left my tiny apartment a disaster. I deserve a refund for the crap job they did, but since I doubt I will be able to get one from these crooks i'll settle for bashing them all over the internet.
