PST replaced the keypad on my 18 month old HP laptop ahead of promised time (same day). Its working fine. Office is professional. Compare this to Downtown Computer Services on Andrews Ave where I took it originally. After 3 months of unreturned calls and emails and 3 deliveries of the wrong color keypad (I’m assuming wrong delivery was not their fault) I finally took my HP laptop and part to PST Computers where I paid considerably less than Downtown Computers had quoted. Too bad I wasted all that time giving Downtown the benefit of the doubt. Thank you PST. Highly recommend them.

I've encountered just about every problem one can have with a laptop, but have never felt as confident as I do knowing that PST Computers- Tim, Erwin and Joy, are there for me when the "you know what" hits the rotating oscillator. I work from home, and in the field, so I am pretty hard on my equipment. PST helped me retrieve data from my old Toshiba several years ago, fixed another problem with it, and when my current HP 17" warhorse was giving up the ghost last year, Erwin installed a new hard drive and fan- and saved every last bit of my data- in a professional and timely manner (this is important, because I dread moving to Windows 8 OS.)



So when the HP started running hot and noisy, I wasted no time bringing the old girl in. Erwin expertly cleaned the fan and I'm happy to say, my HP is running like a champ once again. They communication throughout the process is great and defines the adage "under promise and over deliver." I've used Geek Squad, the friend of a friend who works on computers, the guy who works out of his house...all with less than stellar results. PST Computers is the place for me!

This computer repair shop is one of the very few that know both Mac and PC’s inside and out. In my business I have to use both, so it's great to be able to get both taken care of at the same place. Some places claim to know Apple’s OSX but really don’t. I would never take my computers any place else. Also much better service than the Apple store.

Recently my hard drive crashed, and unfortunately I didnt have it backed up. I took it to PST and they recovered all my data and installed it on the replacement drive they installed in my iMac. Thanks PST.

I have been using these guys for more than 10 years. Not only are they reliable and honest but they also know what they are doing. They also will never take advantage of you. I highly recommend them!
