My husband and I love North Coast. Smaller park within walking distance to the Trail Rail which goes to the Miami airport and connects with the Metro into Miami for more great restaurants and shopping. The Park is clean, pet friendly and has boat slips available. We are having a great time!

It may have been awesome back in 2012, but different owner now. Whatever you do... do NOT move into this park!!! The owner (Angie) is a complete nut job! This park has so many sill rules it is ridiculous!! The park owner charges you $25 to wash your car or RV, $10 per night for any overnight guests, and $5 a day for any additional vehicles parked overnight! They also only cut the grass about 3 times a summer, so our lot always looked like a hay field. She requires everyone to put 2x2 plywood under each leg of their RV/camper. When you arrive, she stands outside and supervises how you park your RV... how far to go back, how close to get to the concrete pad, etc. She once forced someone to move out of the park because they didn't breakdown a cardboard box before throwing it in the dumpster. The nit-picky rules go on and on. The pictures on the website are completely false... the place is not taken care of at ALL! This place is full in the winter time, but only because there are not enough RV parks to go around. Every one of her repeat customers has told me that they only keep coming back here because all the other parks have a waiting list, so that's why they just choose to deal with her crap!

This place was awesome! Right...

This place was awesome! Right in the middle of everywhere you want to be in South Florida. Perfect, safe location right off I-95 with plenty to do all around you. If, however, you plan on sleeping all day long, you may not like it much because you do get quite a few smaller airplanes overhead (the airport is not far away) - but during the night they pretty much stop so you can get all the sleep you need! I'll be back!

Hidden Jewel

My wife and I found this park on referral of another park in the area. I can't say enough good things about my experience while staying for over 2 weeks. The park has recently undergone a complete overhaul including water, electric, pads, pavement and landscaping according to the owners who were incredibly hospitable. They definetely take pride in their work and it showed. The other guests were very friendly, the location was convenient and the park was beautiful. There is a marina attached which was equally picturesque and well maintained. We even had our own tiki hut on our site! Very nice and happy we found this hidden jewel. Be back next year!
