My name is Ashley Kelly. Iam a flight attendant for JetBlue Airways. During our visit to Fort Lauderdale, Florida we had the best service that haven't had in a very long time. the date was february 1, 2008 on flight 1120. Your driver by the name of "Mark" has the best customer service skilss I have ever came across in my years with Jetblue. Usually airport personnel in South Florida aren't so friendly and detailed as Mr. Mark was. And I really appreciated that from such a young man. I wanted to write someone from your company and let them know that he deserves alot of credit for helping us that day. Thank you so much for your time concerning this matter.
