I am a sole practitioner and an independent contract attorney. I focus in bankruptcy law, providing individual clients and law firms with petition and schedule preparation, motion drafting, client interviewing, and monitoring the bankruptcy proceeding in each case. I handle meetings of creditors, confirmation hearings, the bankruptcy trustees and the court. I am an admitted user of the CM/ECF federal court system. I also practice family law, providing the initial interview, preparing petitions and affidavits, drafting motions, and handling the hearings. I provide client support, establishing a continuous relationship with the clients throughout the life of the case.
