They are nothing but scam artists who pretend to be a legitimate collection service. They collect money and never pay the person that hired them. They claim to have attorney's working for them but yet the Florida Bar Association has no attorney's associated with this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Scam company, they collect money that they never tell you about and keep with out forwarding any to the customer they are collecting for.

Finally a company that does what they advertised. I hate that I need to keep writing in order to post but its the only way I can comment.

The people picking up the phone are so unprofessional...
spoke to the so call "supervisor'' OMG she was worse..
WHY ARE THEY STILL OPEN?

Ive dealt with collection services in the past and I must say that although I have personally exhausted every effort in trying to collect this account, I was apprehensive about using a collection service. Gordon Thomas did exactly what they said they would. Collected in a timely manner although it did take a little longer than I would have hoped for to receive a call back when I call but I will definitely use them again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IF YOU GIVED THEM A CLAIM THEY WILL COLLECT THEN THEY WILL KEEP THE MONEY FOR 90 PLUS DAYS. THE BITCH ANSWERING THE PHONE DESERVES AN ASS WHOOPING. THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY SHOULD ARREST AND CHARGE THESE SCAMMERS. IF YOU SEE THIS AND WANT TO PROSECUTE IM ALL IN.

SCAMMERS-STAY AWAY. Unprofessional and very SHADY. They take your information and provide you with NOTHING. The chick that answers the phone is HORRIBLE. RUN, RUN, RUN.
