If you are the one reading this I will like you to know that I am very disappointed with your staff due to an appointment that I had scheduled over the phone for 10:30AM on 4/14. I am a very busy executive that requires planning my time in advance and as such I had my calendar shifted around to accommodate this as they said this is the only time they have available for over a week.



So much to my surprise when I woke up the morning of the appointment to find a text message reminding for a 10AM appointment, as opposed to the 10:30AM appointment which was booked. I called and spoke with someone in your office and explained to them that I cannot make the 10 as I already have planned for the 10:30A. That individual said no worries that I may come in at 10:30. Shortly after (about 15 min before appt) a lady called saying that they cannot honor my appointment because you need to go to lunch at 12 exactly….Really????



So I shift around my calendar to include a very important meeting to accommodate your schedule, however now since someone made a mistake I am being told that’s my problem? Not good. Please understand that I have sent a few clients to your office as I have always been pleased with your service, but this really ticked me off as there is no regard for my time or my needs although I am paying customer. This is unacceptable and I will be sharing this with my colleagues and I would suggest you speak with your staff regarding this mistake as it may have just cost you a few clients; if that matters to you.

I have never had such a thorough eye exam. The staff is friendly and you do not get "push back". The docotrs are great. The doctor actually listens to your commnents
