Asked Clay to measure 2 desks to replace. Was promised to replace with the same. When the new desk was installed, the desk part actually extended 15 inches deeper, which meant the return was 15 inches shorter. The functionality was non-existent as the desk chair had to be completely removed in order to access the return drawers. Clay said he could make longer returns, but we would have to pay, although it was not what we requested. We paid begrudgingly. Then, at installation, Clay took the old returns. I was very upset that after bringing this information to Clay's attention, and actually pointing out that he took paid for good with him and disposed of them, he refused to cooperate or do anything at all. I even offered him additional business if he would only rectify this one issue. His response "I"m not going to argue with you. How would you have me handle this?" do NOT recommend doing business with this company.
