RECHARGING YOUR BATTERY WOULD HAVE SOLVED YOUR BATTERY PROBLEM,BUT NOT YOUR BOAT PROBLEM..

Worst Service Ever. I purchased a marine battery from this company. Jeff helped me out. Seemed like a good deal at first until I installed the battery and it was defective. It was like a nearly dead battery. It didn't have enough juice to start the engine. So I took it back and Jeff was unapologetic and didn't seem to care (which was weird because he was very nice when I purchased the battery). I was under the assumption that the battery would be replaced (as it should be). He said "I cannot help you because all sales are final". What? So even if a battery has a warranty and it is obviously defective, you won't honor it? Thanks for wasting my money and my time. I'll never go back again. I do not recommend to buy from here. Save yourself a headache and the possibility of a defective battery. It is not worth the few extra bucks that you will save from this guy.

BATTERIES ETC IS EXTREMLY CAREFUL AND NEAT WHEN INSTALLING BOAT BATTERIES..THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING AND THE PRICES WERE VERY FAIR..THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE
