BB is terrific. All our baby stuff came as as I called and was picked up right away. All in good condition. Staff couldn't be nicer.

Thank you Baby Borrow for being so flexible accommodating. We were supposed to arrive on a Saturday over Memorial day weekend, but our baby got sick, so we did not make it to the hotel until Sunday and then we stayed an extra day. The crib was there, as promised before we arrived and picked up as we checked out. My baby slept like a champ in a full-size crib at the hotel. Would definitely use again!!!
