I hired this guy to come out and repair my LG Washer, he sounded nice on the phone. When he arrived, he was short and curt while I was asking him questions. Michael made me feel stupid. He never once gave me an estimate and when he presented the bill of $372 to replace the drain pump, I had to argue with him because I thought it was too high and that he did not even give me an idea before he installed the pump!! Very unprofessional, I will never hire this guy again.

I found their ad on TheFlyer magazine, i called to get more information on the repair that i needed and the person that i spoke to was very rude. First of all there was a lot of noise in the background from whatever he was doing, not even the decency to stop and speak to me and after speaking for about 3 minutes he asked me where i was located and his words were "oh no, for a microwave we don't go there, bye" and just like that hung up on me. Don't care how cheap they may be, with that kind of attitude i don't want anyone in my house doing anything.
