Called Jets on Thursday afternoon and Jason returned my call at the end of the day and told me he could meet me between 8 and 11 the next day. We met around 9 and we had heat by 10. After being 4 days without heat when another company told us it could not be fixed and they couldn’t get a new furnace for 3 weeks.Forgot to mention we have an OLD oil furnace that has been converted to gas. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. Jets will definitely be installing our new furnace. I would highly recommend this company!

I called Jet's, Jason called back promptly. He was at my house in 1/2 hr, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 1/2 hr. Now I'm warm again! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Jayson and his team including Karl did an outstanding job. Quick call back and even willing to walk me through the simple stuff over the phone. I highly recommend them and will tell all our friends and co-workers we found a honest and trustworthy company in the Kimball-Port Huron area which has been hard to find.

I had an appointment scheduled for Jason to move the gas line for my range, needed for remodeling. He was the contractor that installed the gas line that needed to be moved. I drove 1 1/2 hour to my cottage just for this service. He didn't show. I called and left messages on both the business and his cell telephone. No return call.

We called Jet Heating out to work on our OIL Furnace. It is very hard to find qualified HVAC Companies especially who can service Oil furnaces.



Jason from Jet Heating & Air, came out and not only fixed our furnace was also very patient and understanding and very Customer Service oriented which is very refreshing to find.
