Provided by YP.comnot being able to contact the store directly is just wrong. having an impersonal call center that won't transfer to the store is not good customer service. it's just crowd control.

Provided by YP.comI have to admit, I am a tough critic, and I have been doing business with Optim Eyes for over 10 years. They are always so helpful and accommodating! They even immediately faxed my Rx down to Florida when I lost my last pair of contacts, and I had a new pair within 10 minutes! The hours are great, the doctors are friendly and they have helped me many times, in my early twenties, when money was tight and gave me a quick trial pair of contacts until payday. That helped a lot! I have sent other clients their way, and I recommend you go too!
