Provided by YPmobileNew to town, my husband and I decided to upgrade our wedding rings after 20 years. We made our selections and the rings were sent out for resizing. We were told 6 weeks maximum and they would be ready for pickup. It's been OVER 13 weeks and I still have no ring. They are condescending and no help whatsoever. I am furious and insulted at this insolent behavior. Don't waste your time and money at this store. All I want is my ring! Disappointment is the only thing I have received...
